Clévacances, the sign of quality

Flats and villas or gîtes are available all year round. Whatever your choice, you can be sure
that your accommodation is up to the highest standards. Each house or flat is regularly
inspected by official representatives of the tourist board to ensure that environment, furnishings,
facilities and service meet «Clévacances» requirements.
To help you in your choice, the standard of comfort is set out in a system of classification by
«clés» (keys) ranging from 1 to 5.
“Gîtes de France” self catering
You will find many «gîte rural» tucked away among the myths and legends of rural Finistere
or hugging its rugged coastline. These charming houses are often restored and furnished
in traditional Breton style. The standard of comfort in a gîte is set out in the national
Charter of the «Gîtes de France» organisation whose system of classification by «épis»
(ears of corn) indicates the degree of comfort and standard of equipment found in the gîte.
Holiday accommodation “Meublés de Tourisme”

Here you find houses, apartments and one-room apartments for rent classified from
1 to 5 stars.
To obtain the classification “meublés de tourisme”, each type of accommodation must
fulfil minimum criteria of comfort and furnishing which are defined in the ministerial decree
of April 1st 1997, of August 2nd 2010 and of May 7th 2012, which modifies the decree
of August 2nd 2010. Whether at the seaside or in the country, discover Brittany’s charm
– in a pleasant holiday home !
Accessible scheme
This is a national scheme to ensure that facilities meet the needs of mobility, visually, hearing and/or mentally impaired people.
The sites are visited by a committee of representatives from the tourism and the handicap industries. All tourist equipment is concerned.
